Responsibilities

This position has oversight within a co-occurring or dual enhanced program, where the leader has a mental health license and provides clinical supervision so employees can work toward licensure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees and is responsible programs where co-occurring and dual enhanced programming is provided.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and ensure adherence to state specific requirements for clinical supervision.
  • For those seeking MH licensure, ensure complete documentation of supervisory role and of supervision hours towards licensure.
  • Ensure adherence to processes, quality of care and supervision, and compliance to all requirements and regulations through providing leadership, supervision and coaching for alignment and implementation with organizations strategy.
  • Work with leadership andteam on goal setting to meet organizational goals and strategies.
  • Leverage organizational resources and stakeholder partnerships with site leaders, sales team, referents, marketing, and other key stakeholders.
  • Asssess for and implement continuous process improvement to create efficiencies and best experience for the patients, families, and key stakeholders.
  • Complete required orientation trainings applicable

Meeting/Committee Participation Required:

  • Participate in regional or national team meetings that support dual enhancement and co-occurring treatment services.
  • Participate in annual retreats/trainings as required.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Completed certificate or degree program in addition counseling or equivalent

    • MN: LADC

  • Three or more years' experience in the substance use disorder or behavioral health treatment setting

  • One or more years of leadership experience and/or training and/or clinical supervision

  • Must satisfactorily pass a state/license specific background check
  • Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days.

    • Certification must be from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Addiction Studies or related field

  • LMHC, LMFC, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or related field licensure

  • Three or more years providing clinical supervision
