Departmental Overview

Talent Management serves as an integral part of the both the culture and structure of Norman Regional Health System! We are collectively responsible for the development, integration and management of the Learning Management System (Healthstream), Leadership Development and Competency Strengthening, Instructional Design, Talent Development, New Healer Orientation, Healer and System Engagement, Student Management, and Career Development. Professionals working in the Talent Management Department, report directly to the Director of Talent Management, through to the Vice President and Chief People Officer. We serve as internal consultants, educators, facilitators and coaches. We serve 4000 healers and leaders, and are committed to our NRHS's Mission of Personalized Care with Compassion and Excellence.


Job Summary

  • Responsible for the planning, developing and implementation of Performance Management for leadership, staff and organization.
  • Creates opportunities for leadership to develop competencies, in alignment with the strategic initiatives of the organization.
  • Assists in the development, implementation and management of Workforce Planning initiatives to include emerging leaders and the establishment of a structures succession plan.
  • Develops educational programs to assist in the equipping of healers/leaders.
  • Partners with Talent Management Team in developing and delivering education that aligns non-clinical, clinical, direct patient care and non-direct patient care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or other related field.
  • Master's degree in education or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in performance management, adult education.
  • Competency in Workday, Just Culture and Gallup Priniciples for Engagement and Development prefered.
  • Excel, Canva, Smartsheet experience and skills preferred.
  • SHRM or ASHHRA certification a bonus.
  • Preference given to certification in Just Culture, Gallup Clifton Strengths, Crucial Conversations, or related program.
