Job Description

As the Head of Sales Excellence for the high growth North America Region of Veolia Water Technologies, you will provide strategic direction, goals and metrics for the sales activities. Our sales team operates in a complex environment selling a large portfolio of products across all market segments utilizing several different channels to market . Your leadership will be pivotal in engaging with S&OP, sales and business leaders to ensure sales excellence. An in-depth understanding of the Water industry, products and services is essential for the success of this role.

Works closely with Sales teams to achieve:

  • Forecasting and process accuracy for all 4 business lines

  • Sales WIN-Loss Analysis

  • Sales by market and by channel analysis

  • Deliver accurate commercial inputs to the S&OP process

  • Accurate sales demand view by products and technology

  • Sales force effectiveness analysis

  • SIP design to drive sales intensity

  • Digitally focused with SFDC and SAP as the backbone

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Marketing from an accredited college or university.

  • Minimum of 10 years of direct or indirect sales experience..

  • Organizational, analytical and project management skills.

  • Leadership experience and the ability to coach and motivate a team.

  • Ability to build relationships across the organization.

  • Ability and willingness to travel (20%) and reside within the region.
