Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Sales Manager to join our team in Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, or Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compressed air equipment sales and a proven track record of success in managing a sales team.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers
• Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
• Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise
• This position requires up to 50% travel

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compressed air equipment sales
• Proven track record of success in managing a sales team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
