Description TEKsystems Fortune 500 Global Grocier client is in need of a Sr. Digital Media Solutions Engineer to join their local team. There are currently 2 major address that support their corporate offices and this resource will partner with team to support predominately Executive Leadership meetings from an AV/ MTR room perspective. This includes setups, configs, being present to kick meetings off, etc all while working under perhaps some stress. These are very important meetings and need to have excellent executive presence and communication capabilities. The best resource for this role will have served in a similar setting for a large organization, has been a lead of some sort or leader of a team and knows the technology inside and out. They will be asked to take initiative, work with AV Integrators, Drive milestones and more. The Digital Media Solutions Engineer will provide expertise in the technical support, setup and installation of Microsoft Teams Rooms technology and Audio Video equipment for the Corporate Offices. They are expected to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment leveraging forward-thinking technical engineering expertise with Microsoft Teams Rooms systems and AV technology in support of our brands and executive leadership. Duties and Responsibilities * Provide 3rd Level technical support, setup and installation of Microsoft Teams Rooms technology and AV equipment for the Corporate Offices. * Assist Digital Media Team manager with project management, vendor management and day to day operations. * Assist Digital Media team in testing next generation Microsoft Teams Rooms Technology in the Evolution Lab and providing recommendations for future collaborative technology solutions. * Accountable for setup, installation and support of Microsoft Teams Rooms systems and AV technology for Executive Leadership Team meetings in our, NC office and on occasion remote offsite meeting locations. * Ability to communicate clearly written or verbal regarding incident, project or status updates. * Maintains a high level of individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively independently and work well within a team. * Work closely with AV Integration partners for large scale Microsoft Teams Rooms or AV installation projects in the corp offices Qualifications: * B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field or equivalent job experience * 5 years extensive technical experience with endpoint management systems (e.g., MS Intune, MS Teams Room Admin Portal). * 8+ Years of AV support experience (Installation/Configuration/AV Programming) * 5+ Years of leading a team as well as managing projects. * Demonstrated experience with managing/deploying and supporting AV technology, Microsoft Teams Room technology or other related collaborative technologies in a widely distributed enterprise environment. * Ability to develop detailed solution designs and implementation documentation. * Extensive experience troubleshooting and resolving conference room/collaborative technology systems. * Ability to manage own work time and priorities in accordance with aggressive timelines and budgets. * Demonstrated experience working with multiple support partners and external teams to deliver solutions. * Proven record of cultivating strong internal and external relationships that help drive successful intercompany initiatives. * Experience with Team Leadership * Deliver above-board customer service with a positive attitude! * CTS Certification a plus The Digital Media Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise in the support, setup and installation of Microsoft Teams Rooms technology and AV equipment for the Corporate Offices. They are expected to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment leveraging forward-thinking technical expertise with Microsoft Teams Rooms systems, Audio-Video solutions and Digital Signage. Duties and Responsibilities Provide 3rd Level technical support, setup and installation of Microsoft Teams Rooms technology and AV equipment for the Salisbury and client Executive offices. Provide technical setup and support for C-Suite level conferences, events or meetings in partnership with our Executive Support team. Work with the Digital Media Manager and Engineering lead in Salisbury on next generation solutions in our Evolution Lab. Work with Digital Media Team Lead and Engineering team on version testing of the MTR App and MTR devices OS/Firmware in prep for general population deployment. Work with Digital Media Team Manager and Engineering lead in Salisbury on improving customer experience and support for MTR and AV systems. Qualifications: B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field or equivalent job experience. 3-5+ Years with experience providing MTR and AV support for C-Suite level events/meetings. Demonstrated experience with managing/deploying and supporting AV technology, Microsoft Teams Room technology or other related collaborative technologies in a widely distributed enterprise environment. 3+ years' experience with digital signage solutions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities. Ability to communicate clearly written or verbal regarding incident, project or status updates. Ability to directly interact with business and vendor partners to manage AV/MTR requests and projects for the enterprise. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop detailed solution designs and implementation documentation. Ability to manage own work time and priorities in accordance with aggressive timelines and budgets.
