Description Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and timelines. Provide leadership and mentorship to IT team members, driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT requirements, prioritize projects, and implement robust IT infrastructure. Skills Program management, implementation Top Skills Details Program management,implementation Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 10 years' experience leading IT projects in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or energy sector required. Strong technical expertise demonstrated in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, cybersecurity, networking, and cloud computing. Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, delivering results on time and within budget. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strategic mindset with a focus on driving innovation and leveraging technology to achieve business objectives. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus. Ability to speak Mandarin a plus. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
