What you will do:



  • Learn industrial application of engineering skills
  • Work closely with all disciplines, both corporate and plant, to understand existing processes and workflows
  • Optimize process performance and compile de-bottleneck scenarios
  • Utilize software packages such as PIVision, Pipe-Flo, MixIT, Aspen Plus
  • Assist in the development of packaging line cycle times and apply lean tools for improvements
  • Assist in equipment design and scoping
  • Provide support to Greenville manufacturing location
  • Assist in execution of Capital Projects



What you will bring:



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Safety focus
  • Self-motivation and initiative to learn
  • Previous work experience preferred
