POSITION: Screen Printing Press Operator - 1st Shift

HOURS: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm

As a screen-printing press operator 1st shift, you will be making our customer's artwork come alive by producing screen printed garments in a highly efficient production environment.

Here is what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job.)

Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, and Humility.
  • Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
  • Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting a screen-printing press to screen print decorate garments with customer-supplied artwork in an efficient high production environment.
  • Inspect print quality and graphic placement to ensure high quality, accurate prints.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Comply with safety procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Keep an organized workflow for smooth and consistent output.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
  • Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior experience operating an automatic screen-printing press, DTG machine, or embroidery machine is preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.

  • Provide the final quality inspection of screen-printed products.
  • Sort items/garments by color.
  • Fold, tag, and bag products as directed on work order.
  • Support operators by unpacking and staging products.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
  • Help in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
    1. Equivalent experience is considered having at least 1 year of longevity with a single employer, working in a full-time capacity.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a swiftly changing work environment.
  • Detail oriented with a professional attitude.
  • Prior experience operating an automatic screen-printing press, DTG machine, or embroidery machine is preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.

POSITION: Screen Print Shipping/Receiving Associate - 1st Shift

HOURS: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm or 7:30am-4pm

As a screen print shipping/receiving associate, you make the 4imprint brand come alive by receiving and maintaining inventory on incoming products and shipping out completed product that will ultimately end up in our customers' hands.

Here's what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job.)

Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Interpret work orders and job aids effectively to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
  • Assist in unloading and sorting of incoming products via UPS, FedEx, and all other carriers.
  • Receive, inspect, count, and ensure accuracy of each incoming order.
  • Enter accurate data of product received into our system.
  • Use RF scanners to manage and ensure inventory accuracy and track orders.
  • Effectively communicate with supplier operations for order changes and cancelations.
  • Put away of received orders into assigned staging locations.
  • Help with replenishing/picking up empty bins and pallets from various locations throughout the Screen Print Facility.
  • Help perform weekly follow-ups on past due orders in the staging area.
  • Act as backup for the replacement stock orders.
  • Perform entire shipping process for timely delivery to our customers.
  • Be knowledgeable in all the carriers (i.e. UPS, Federal Express (FedEx), etc.) shipping processes and methods.
  • Ensure order information for each package is correctly entered into the shipping system.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
  • Assist in other areas when needed and when time allows.
