Title: Project Manager
Location: Onsite - Appleton, WI 3 days a week in office / days remote
Term: Contract to Hire - 6 month contract period.
Pay: $65 -$80 hr W2
Start Date: ASAP

Our client urgently requires a Project Manager to join their web development team. We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to lead the team through a complete website redesign. The ideal candidate should be able to effectively balance remote and on-site work in Appleton while leading a team of 20 members to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Direct comprehensive project management from inception through to launch.
  • Supervise a diverse team of over 20 including internal and partner employees. Navigate effective communication with all stakeholders across different business units.
  • Create and uphold project schedules, deadlines, and approaches to minimize risks.
  • Run Agile Scrum techniques tailored to specific project demands.
  • Maintain adherence to security protocols, quality standards, and organizational goals.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5-10+ years of IT project management experience driving complex initiatives to successful completion.
  • Demonstrated expertise in steering full lifecycle projects within hybrid remote environments, delivering measurable outcomes with consistency and precision.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), coupled with proven skills in vendor coordination and team leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project or equivalent tools to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Current PMP, CSM certification is not required but highly preferred.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
