SET THE COURSE

The Food & Beverage Systems Manager role is to assist with the implementation and ensure the ongoing operation of our restaurant software systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical configuration and operational excellence, working closely with stakeholders to optimize resource allocation, enhance productivity, and maintain compliance with policies.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define SaaS requirements and implementation goals.
  • Assist with the configuration and customize the SaaS to align with organizational needs.
  • Responsible for running regular updates to keep the software up to date. Provide internal teams with information updates and tools.
  • Responsible for making changes in the system when there is a change in items, process or in roles.
  • Partners with food & beverage leaders to ensure data accuracy and systems are working as expected. Collects regular feedback from internal leadership to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct system testing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with business requirements to include system upgrades.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and generate reports related to item sales details, inventory management, recipe management, scheduling, time tracking, productivity, and compliance.
  • Initial point of contact with internal teams to help troubleshoot and resolve software issues in collaboration with IT and software vendors.
  • Assess and implement updates or enhancements to the SaaS system to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with Finance team to ensure compliance with finance rules and company policies.
  • Collaborate with restaurant senior leadership teams to ensure compliance use and effectiveness of all food & beverage software.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize reporting, COGS, theoretical COGS, inventory management, recipe management
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize scheduling, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in relevant technology.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

  • Generally, 3 years of experience in an industry-related environment using enterprise business applications
  • Hands on experience using Simphony, R365, Legion
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, scheduling, and timekeeping best practices.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting workforce data.
  • Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with labor regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Basic understanding of scripting or data querying for advanced reporting is helpful
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, high level of organizational detail, strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Rate Range: $103,200.00 to $130,000.00 annually

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual's experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.
