JOB SUMMARY

Under the limited direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, provides service and support to all community H.R.D.'s in the areas of recruitment and retention, job fairs, new hire process, training and development, organization and back up support. Maintains HR analytics, reporting, in addition to employment experience processes such as onboarding, employee relations, benefit administration, training and performance management. Demonstrates ability to interpret company policies, procedures and provides guidance and support. Required to travel to communities to provide hands-on support in the above areas as well as conducting mini H.R. audits.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

*Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to co-workers, H.R. teammates, E.D.s and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction.

*Provides training and acts as a resource in areas such as new employee orientation, recruitment and selection, job fairs, phone screens and interviews in the communities.

*Provides both new and refresher training to community H.R. Directors in the areas of H.R. policies and procedures, employee benefit plan administration and monthly reconciliation and billing.

*Assists new and existing (if needed) H.R. Directors with organization, planning, setting priorities and efficiency.

*Conducts and participates in review and analyzing of compensation surveys; presents findings to management when necessary.

*Provides analytical insights and reports to management.

*Develops data/metric-driven reports to present to upper management such as salaries, census, turnover calculations, recruitment efforts, etc.

*Develop, deliver, and troubleshoot regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and other data-based insights using multiple tools, including JDEdwards, Excel, etc.

*Conducts mini H.R. audits to ensure processes and procedures are being followed in a consistent manner.

*May provide H.R.D.'s with developing Human Resource strategies and tactical implementation for the communities in collaboration with Home Office Human Resource teammates.

*Cover open community H.R.D. positions when needed, while recruiting for permanent candidate.

*May assist with employee relations investigations.

*Support Home Office H.R. needs, special projects, open enrollment, and training.

JOB REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS

*Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a college or university; 5 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

*Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations; ability to write reports and business correspondence; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.

*Ability to work mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry; ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions of practical situations.

*Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions; ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
