About the role: CLA is looking to hire a Wealth Systems Associate to work in our Madison, WI office. Position Summary The Wealth System Associate is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day technical operation of the wealth service line goes smoothly. They are also responsible for supporting the long-term vision of the firm, including Seamless Integration. This includes collaborating on enhancement projects to wealth systems, providing technical support to wealth systems users, supporting data integrity processes, training and using technology to facilitate communication both within and outside of wealth advisory.
Work Activities & Accountabilities The below functions reflect the general details necessary to describe the essential work activities and accountabilities of this position and are not all inclusive. Other activities may be assigned. * System Enhancements: Collaborate with Wealth Systems team and project stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and test enhancements to the wealth Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. Additionally, work with IT resources for enhancement development to other wealth systems via additional projects. * Internal Client Support: Assist wealth users with requests related to wealth systems, including report and dashboard creation, new user onboarding, and troubleshooting. Assist in escalating issues to internal and external support resources, * Data Management: Ensure high quality data is maintained in wealth systems by supporting data integrity monitoring and projects. * Knowledge Management: Assist in development of new and maintenance of existing documentation for wealth systems processes and procedures. * Administrative: Enter and maintain client information in wealth systems, as needed. Perform other job-related duties and/or special projects as required.
