Temporary HR/Office Manager

About the Opportunity:
We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Waipahu, Hawaii, to help them find a Temporary HR/Office Manager to cover an upcoming maternity leave. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a hands-on role with a supportive team and make an immediate impact. We are looking for someone who is Bilingual in Spanish and has experience using ADP WFN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee records including job details, pay rates, and reporting structure.

  • Post job openings, review applications, and schedule interviews for non-exempt roles.

  • Process staffing changes such as new hires, terminations, and leaves of absence.

  • Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment coordination.

  • Support new hire onboarding and company-wide HR communications.

  • Address routine HR inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately.

  • Participate in employee relations meetings and investigations.

  • Handle accounts receivable tasks including invoice creation, payment posting, and customer file updates.

  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and support month-end AR reporting.

  • Provide plant managers with regular updates on staffing, AR aging, and other key metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).

  • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN).

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for invoice and data management.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.

  • Associate degree in business, HR, or accounting (Bachelor's degree a plus).

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
