Installation Manager - Carrollton, TX

Responsibilities

* Apply installation practices and accepted measurement techniques to install windows and doors for every fenestration.
* Ensure all projects have been sold in a manner commensurate with company policies and financial objectives.
* Determine workflow, project complexity, and identification of appropriate skills necessary to complete a project.
* Provide complete installation methods and material estimates for jobs, ensuring each job meets financial, construction, and manufacturing standards.
* Processing of project related paperwork and other administrative duties, including EPA lead safe work practice documentation.
* Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications

* 5-7 years of experience in construction project management.
* Ability to work independently.
* Strong mathematical skills.
* Excellent communication skills for handling customer conflicts.
* Ability to organize and prioritize tasks at hand.
* Ability to travel within location territory.
* Valid US driver's license and automobile insurance required.
