Summer Helper

What You Will Do:

Astronautics has temporary positions available this summer in our Manufacturing and Quality Assurance departments beginning in June 2025. We are currently seeking students interested in assisting with clerical duties, formatting documents, updating and organizing calibration procedures as well as assisting with conformal coating, tinning, and X-ray inspection in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Temporary employment June-August 2025.

This is an on-site position located at our Headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. The hours for this position are: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday).

How You Will Do It:

• Perform various clerical duties, including formatting procedures, organizing and scanning files
• Assist with conformal coating preparation, tinning, and X-ray inspection
• Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We Look For:

Required:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, or currently attending high school or GED classes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a team environment.
• Must be able to multi-task and frequently change priorities to meet deadlines.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Desired:

• Minimum one year of previous experience
