About This Role
CAE x SIMCOM is currently seeking a qualified candidate as an Instructor Pilot. This position will abide by CAE x SIMCOM standards and policies. The instructor pilot will deliver ground school and simulator training during Initial, Recurrent or specialty training courses to our customers. The ideal candidate will focus on customer progress and performance with a tailored approach to specific training that includes lesson planning, classroom and simulator set-up, and upkeep of current publications and training materials. Travel may be required on an occasional basis Duties and Responsibilities
Education & Experience * Meet Part 135 requirements * ATP required * Successful candidate will hold an above average knowledge of: Applicable Regulations, Flight Operations Manuals, Operations Specifications, Crewmember Standard Operating Procedures, Aircraft Systems, Aircraft Performance, and Company Policies and Procedures Skills & Abilities * Excellent Fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications; able to speak, understand, read and write * Must be an excellent listener and presenter in order to meet and exceed the Customer's expectations during the training process * General knowledge of: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Database: MS Access preferred * Ability to work in a team environment and support cultural diversity * Customer service oriented Physical Environment/Working Conditions Dual environment setting: Office and Simulator. May have some light lifting required up to 30lbs.
