Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience in .NET and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex .NET applications to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of SQL Server databases ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and quality assurance processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope time and budget constraints.
• Contribute to the companys overall success by delivering high-quality technical solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in .NET development demonstrating a deep understanding of the framework.
• Have a strong background in SQL Server with expertise in database design optimization and security.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship abilities with a focus on team collaboration and development.
• Show proficiency in project management with the ability to plan estimate and deliver projects on time.
• Have excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications Required

Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: SQL Server Database Developer

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between 130,000 - $ 140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
