Assistant Beverage Manager - Mandalay Bay

As an Assistant Beverage Manager at Mandalay Bay, you'll work alongside the Beverage Managers to oversee the daily operations of our lounges and casino services beverage outlets. You'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, managing staff performance, and upholding safety and quality standards. You'll also play a key role in training staff and ensuring a seamless, memorable experience for every guest, all while preserving the brand's reputation for excellence.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple beverage outlets, aligning with departmental goals and service standards

• Ensure smooth and cost-effective operations, including scheduling, labor management, and inventory control

• Support management by overseeing assigned shifts to ensure exceptional guest experiences

• Coordinate requisitions and restocking of beverage outlets to help drive revenue

• Guide and support team members, optimizing schedules and overall performance

• Communicate operational challenges and offer solutions to improve service and efficiency

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in beverage or an equivalent F&B supervisory position

• Experience managing employees using a Collective Bargaining Agreement

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, to include overnight shift, weekends, and holidays
