The Opportunity....

Are you an ambitious Junior Engineering student looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment? We are seeking an Engineering Intern to support critical projects that enhance our operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards. This internship provides an incredible opportunity to work on document control, training audits, process improvements, and engineering drawing review and support while collaborating with experienced professionals across various functions.

Duration:Summer 2025 and the 2025 - 2026 school year. The role is part-time 20 hours per week. The working hours will be flexible to accommodate class schedules.

You will make an impact by...



  • Document Control:

    • Organize, maintain, and update engineering documentation and technical files.
    • Ensure proper version control and compliance with company standards for all engineering documents.


  • Training Audits/System Improvements:

    • Conduct audits of training records to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Assist in developing and implementing improvements to the training tracking system.


  • Process Audits/Improvements:

    • Analyze existing engineering and manufacturing processes for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Support the implementation of optimized workflows and procedures.


  • Engineering Drawing Review/Support:

    • Review engineering drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.
    • Perform support and standardization of drawings for improved usability and accessibility.





The talent we want to inspire has...



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields.
  • Must be a Junior standing (3rd year) or higher, actively enrolled in an accredited engineering program.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously



This would be a plus but not a must!



  • Familiarity with processes such as document control and training audits is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CAD software is preferred but not required.
