Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of federal regulations and policies related to background investigations (e.g., FIS, OPM standards).
• Possess in-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools (e.g., ISO standards).
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal regulations and contractual requirements.
• Analyze complex data, identify trends, and take corrective actions to improve quality performance.
• Produce and maintain ownership of a dedicated Quality Control Plan.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal guidelines, policies, and standards related to background investigations, and integrate them into QC procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Top-Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• 5+ years' experience in quality control management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
