Program Manager - Top Secret

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a highly organized, proactive Program Manager with strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and experience with daily operations management. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations, contractual deliverables, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members, ensuring high levels of performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain effective training programs to ensure employees understand their roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
  • Support the quality of investigations by ensuring the quality, integrity, compliance, and accuracy of the processes used to complete background investigations.
  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and accuracy of the personnel completing background investigations and completing necessary work for the client.
  • Ensure that all internal policies and procedures are consistently followed by the team to meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor compliance, identify potential risks, and proactively address issues related to adherence to policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key customer stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning company efforts to meet those expectations.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs and projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to senior leadership on the performance metrics, challenges, and successes.
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep all stakeholders informed about program progress and outcomes.
  • Develop contingency plans to manage risks and ensure program continuity.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Top-Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
  • 5+ years' experience managing large-scale programs involving hundreds of employees, effective resource allocation, the achievement of organizational objectives, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
