DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Ensures effectiveness of business processes and performance based on predefined quality standards.
  • Maintains detailed documentation of evaluations and provides constructive feedback.
  • Generates and analyzes QA reports to track trends and identify recurring issues.
  • Assists with planned and ad-hoc quality trends investigations.
  • Collaborates with team to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to drive change, improve processes and implement solutions.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • May be responsible for auditing financial transaction and user access for compliance with established internal controls and policies.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support, technical support or related field.
  • Strong analytical and listening skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional writing and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using QA software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual positions require proficiency (verbal and written skills) in English and designated language.
  • Requires working knowledge and skills developed through formal training, licensing/certification or work experience.
  • Requires established skills to perform a range of routine activities; this may include application of administrative or analytical/technical skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, AA/BA in Business or Communications or related field preferred, or a combination of experience and education.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base pay range of $23.08 - $32.21 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
