Reporting to the Sr. Director of Tax, the Tax Director will play a key role in leading income tax provision and compliance operations for Supermicro's domestic and international activities. This position will assist the Sr. Director in overseeing ASC 740 income tax provision, reserves, and related financial disclosures, while also providing critical technical tax accounting guidance to ensure compliance with US GAAP requirements. The Tax Director will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized processes for tax compliance and provision workflows, driving efficiency and accuracy. This role involves significant interaction with finance staff, external auditors, and process owners across various functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Salary Range
$197,000 - $215,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
