Senior Manager - IT - ERP

Alliance Air Products (AAP) is a business unit within the Daikin Applied Business Division, a global leader in innovative air solutions. We are expanding our business unit with the construction of a new facility to support our growing operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager - SAP IT - to join our team and lead the systems implementation project for this expansion. The Sr. Manager - SAP IT will play a critical role in the successful expansion of the AAP Business Unit. This position will oversee the ongoing systems implementation project, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration with business teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP systems, project management, and team leadership. What you will do:

• Deliver operational excellence by planning, organizing, and managing staff and overall operations to ensure the stable and secure operation of
• Daikin Applied's IT functions pertaining to business functional areas
• Provide overall oversight and leadership for the SAP systems implementation project
• Manage and coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and ensure systems meet business needs
• Manage the day-to-day operation and support of Business functional areas (may include P&L responsibility)
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8+ Years in SAP systems implementation and related project management
• 4+ Years of people leadership experience
• Strong understanding and hands on experience with SAP modules such as:

  • SAP PP (Production Planning
  • SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling)
  
  
  
  
• Ability to travel up to 25% to various project sites and vendor locations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• PMP or similar certification

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $113,800 - $179,300 (+20%) in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
