As a Digital Health Project Manager supporting our Digital Health Team, you will be responsible for driving on time and on target delivery of multi-faceted programs that leverage both improved clinical outcomes and operational efficiencies in the delivery of eye care.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Manage multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced and Agile environment to ensure on time and within budget execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate complex problem solving enabling new product innovations and launches
• Creating clear actionable program plans to both identify critical program workstreams and drive alignment between them
• Work with architects, product owners and engineering leads to proactively identify and mitigate program risks
• Provide data driven visibility into the health and velocity of the overall program, with meaningful metrics' tracking
• Work with quality, regulatory and compliance leads to ensure programs meet relevant quality measurement system requirements and performance targets.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
• 5 Years of relevant experience
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Travel requirements: up to 10%

• Position is Hybrid/On-site in Ft. Worth, Texas
