About this opportunity: Ericsson is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Director, Government and Policy Advocacy based in the company's Washington, D.C. office. This role will serve as a key advisor on Ericsson's government relations team responsible for executive branch advocacy with the U.S. Government, with a focus on the intersection of U.S. technology policy and national security affairs, telecommunications, and trade. This position reports to the Head, Government and Policy Advocacy, Americas and works closely with the global government and policy advocacy team on both day-to-day tasks and for long-term goals and objectives. The Director must be a proactive, strategic problem solver with strong government relations experience, leverage a wide network within the U.S. advocacy community, and possess excellent judgment and interpersonal communications skills to interact effectively with senior executives and represent the company externally.
