Licensed Financial Advisor (CE-2)

Chelsea Groton is looking to hire motivated and dynamic individuals for our Financial Services department. Financial Advisors support individuals, families, businesses, and non-profit organizations in managing their wealth and attaining their financial objectives. They provide services such as financial planning, investment management, tax and estate planning, insurance, and financial advice. Additionally, they cultivate client relationships, network with key contacts, and collaborate with internal partners to enhance client experiences, holding the client's interest above its own in all matters.

Responsibilities and Requirements vary based on job level. Expectations include:

  • Performs client account reviews to enhance client relationships and identify areas for improvement and to understand changes to their assets and debt, investment, estate and tax planning goals. Services existing Financial Services clients. Responds to existing client needs, concerns and questions.
  • Prepares and meets prospective clients using Osaic Care Training tactics. Understands their financial goals and clearly explains non-FDIC products to the client so that the client understands that investment and insurance products are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Follows up quickly and document outcomes.
  • Grows assets under management (AUM) and increases revenue by focusing on client driven solutions that support the client's unique goals, risk tolerances and timeframe. Documents recommendation in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Uses digital tools to document appointments, calls, and client engagements. Monitors emails daily and responds to client communications in a timely manner. Maintains digital records related to setting up client accounts and tracking investment department reports.
  • Actively engages with key influencers (centers of influence) to obtain referrals for prospective clients.
