In this role, you'll take charge of managing digital advertising campaigns and technology products that drive patient recruitment and retention for clinical trials. From the initial kick-off to project closeout, you'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly, meet objectives, and stay on budget. You will oversee performance metrics, manage timelines, provide regular updates, and refine strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and maximize client ROI. By coordinating across stakeholders, managing budgets, and leveraging data, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the success of clinical trials and making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. What You'll Be Doing:



  • Lead digital advertising campaigns to recruit and retain patients for clinical trials, managing projects from start to finish-ensuring seamless execution from contracting to closeout.
  • Oversee and drive the development of cutting-edge technology solutions, including websites, patient apps, and eConsent systems, designed to enhance patient retention and engagement in clinical trials
  • Collaborate across teams to draft, finalize, and secure approval for creative materials, ensuring everything is on track for a smooth campaign launch.
  • Drive performance by closely monitoring campaigns, preparing internal systems, and providing regular updates on results to keep clients in the loop.
  • Maintain financial oversight, ensuring that budgets are effectively managed, and projects are invoiced according to agreements.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders-from internal teams to external partners and third-party vendors-ensuring projects stay on time and within scope.
  • Communicate with clarity, providing regular status updates through weekly reporting and calls with clients to ensure alignment, review data metrics, and set expectations.
  • Work with advanced tools, including Salesforce, Jira, and other systems to manage relationships, track performance, and drive decision-making.


Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:




  • Experience in clinical trials-whether you've worked with sponsors, CROs, or have firsthand knowledge of recruitment and retention strategies in clinical research.
  • Project management skills-experience is a plus, but we're looking for someone who's a proactive problem-solver with a knack for handling multiple moving parts.
  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred, but real-world experience and a solutions-driven mindset go a long way!
  • Critical thinking-you're skilled in identifying problems, performing root cause analysis, and finding creative solutions that drive project success.
  • Self-starter-you thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership of projects, anticipating needs and challenges before they arise.
  • Client-centric-you have a talent for understanding client needs, communicating effectively, and building lasting relationships while delivering results.
  • Data-savvy-you're comfortable working with data, presenting insights, and making recommendations for optimization using tools like Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Tableau, and QuickSite.
  • Business-minded-you understand how timelines and budgets affect revenue and cash flow, and you're able to balance competing priorities and expectations.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $63,090 to $126,100. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
