Description and Requirements The Executive Director of Global Product Services will lead a global team responsible for developing portfolio strategy, managing the product portfolio, and driving the creation of innovative service products. This role will cover support services, protection services, deployment services, and configuration services across the Intelligent Device Group (IDG) portfolio, which includes laptops, desktops, tablets, and phones, as well as the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) encompassing servers and storage solutions.
This executive will play a critical role in enhancing service capabilities, ensuring alignment with market demands, and delivering scalable and differentiated solutions. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, marketing, and regional delivery organizations, to ensure the portfolio meets global standards while adapting to regional needs.

This role offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in the U.S. within the Eastern or Central time zones. If you're near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office-great for collaboration and connection! The base salary range budgeted for this position is $200,000 to $275,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
