Description and Requirements We are seeking an entry level project manager who will eventually grow into a ThinkPad OTM Project Manager. The ThinkPad OTM Project manager is an exciting leadership position that combines the creativity of developing a computer product with the experience of running a small business. The OTM is responsible for leading a cross function offering core team to define, commit, develop, qualify and launch ThinkPad notebook products. The OTM needs to align the product requirements with technology capabilities to launch a product on schedule, at the committed project expense, with the cost and price required to meet the business objectives. The OTM acts as the voice of the program and represents the project team in presenting project status and formal checkpoint exit results to executive management team. Responsibilities:

This position will be based in our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC. Our office has transitioned to a hybrid work environment supporting 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Candidates that are already local to Raleigh, NC are preferred.
