Job Summary:
The Campus Event Services Manager oversees the daily operation of the Wisconsin Union Campus Event Services Office. The person in this role will directly supervise the Wisconsin Union event coordinator team, and will be responsible for logistics, event approvals, line staff support, and large event support. Responsibilities: Directs daily operations of events, including monitoring the budget and/or supervising event planning staff to ensure that operations run efficiently, economically, and in line with department goals and policy.

Education: Preferred Qualifications: Required: Work Type: Full Time: 100% Appointment Type, Duration: Ongoing/Renewable Salary: Minimum $58,000 ANNUAL (12 months) Additional Information: The Wisconsin Union operates from several buildings on the UW-Madison campus including Memorial Union, Union South, Fluno Center, Pyle Center, University Club, Red Gym, and the Student Activity Center. The Wisconsin Union is a financially self-supporting division of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Financial support for the organization is provided by income earned by over thirty food service units and a variety of nonfood units such as games, guest rooms, space rentals and campus vending. Substantial support is also provided by student fees. The total annual organizational budget is approximately $60 million dollars.
