Position Description

You will be responsible for custom & OEM implementation for QIAGEN based out of the Beverly, MA location. In your role you will be responsible for the following:

- Serve as primary point-of-contact for clients and business development teams across North America regarding OEM and custom solutions

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources and execution of custom and OEM projects ensuring project goal achievement (to time, quality, etc.)

- Coordinating implementation of new custom & OEM products in collaboration with relevant departments (including Production, Quality Control, R&D, and Quality Assurance)

- On-going support of global custom and OEM clients as needed

- Manage external service suppliers in relationship to custom and OEM products

- Applies project management methods and tools in accordance with QIAGEN processes & standards

- Responsible for creating and maintaining project & implementation documentation

- Support periodic ISO 13485 internal audits, as well as customer audits

- Perform other duties as assigned


Position Requirements

- General understanding of molecular diagnostics and NGS products

- Minimum of Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year College or University in a Biology, Biochemistry, or other Life Science subject

- 2+ years of project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Strong communication skills across audiences with diverse backgrounds, education levels and culture

- Lateral Leadership & Team Player - ability to lead cross-functional teams as well as be a contributing member of project teams

- Self-Motivated with the ability to work independently

- Attention to Detail

- Minimal travel may be required
