THE JOB:
As a Host Person at PRIME Steakhouse, located within the iconic Bellagio, you will be the first point of contact in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You'll play a key role in setting the tone for fine dining by welcoming each guest with warmth, professionalism, and style. In addition to managing guest flow and reservations, you'll support the seamless operation of the front-of-house team by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $20.5002 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet all guests with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a memorable first impression.
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using restaurant systems, coordinate with Restaurant Reservations for special requests, cake orders, and VIP notes.
• Clearly communicate guest needs, preferences, and feedback to management and kitchen staff to ensure a personalized experience.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with accurate booking and guest inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date menus with the most current offerings; replace any damaged menus promptly.
• Monitor waitlists and frequently update waiting guests to ensure they feel valued and informed.
• Support the front-of-house team by coordinating seating, tracking table statuses, and assisting with light service tasks when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area and ensure a proper closing process, including forwarding calls and securing the host stand.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior host person experience is a bonus.
