The Assistant Athletic Trainer supervises the care of student athletes competing in the Department of Athletics at Colorado School of Mines. The assistant athletic trainer is responsible for the prevention, evaluation, management, treatment and rehabilitation of both short- and long-term injuries. This position works on-campus in Golden, Colorado. The assistant athletic trainer must be willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. This includes travel to all football away games, indoor and outdoor track and field conference and NCAA meets, and a portion of wrestling away contests. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
