National Grid is hiring an Associate Supervisor, for our MA Gas Dispatch out of Northborough MA The Team
Our team manages daily workload including daily workload and emergencies for MA Gas. We are responsible for making notifications to the DPU and internal stakeholders. We are also the epicenter of all activities that happen in the MA Gas Business Unit. Key Accountabilities
* Manages a 24/7 emergency operation center * Look for process improvements * Responsible for timely notifications to the DPU * Accountable to deliver on key performance indicators in Dispatch About You
* Bachelor's Degree prefered or High School Diploma with 2 years of dispatching or operations experience. * Demonstratable skills in multi-tasking * Ability to manage competing priorities * Solid planning and organizational skills * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Demonstrate ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work different shifts required Your Rewards Salary $71k - $83k a year This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
