The Role

As the Technical Production Team Lead, you will support the production of dispense tooling and equipment. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily production activities. You will report to the Production Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • You will actively participate in the daily assembly, troubleshooting, and integration of dispensing equipment.
  • You will perform pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and software integration for equipment in a fast-paced work environment.
  • You will assist operators with technical issues throughout the day
  • Train new team members on work instructions
  • You will inspect and perform quality control checks
  • You will record all data, using up-to-date forms and internal systems
  • You will ensure the daily history sheets, and related paperwork are filled out accurately
  • Address any employee related issues that come up during the shift, with assistance from department supervisor / manager, as needed.
  • You will adhere safety standards and participateinsafety initiatives
  • You will maintain a clean and organized workplace.
  • You will maintain training matrixes for Production Technicians.
  • You will be responsible for production development.
  • Participate in interviewing potential production technicians
  • Requires flexibility with scheduling and hours (10-hour days, weekends when required).
  • Additional duties as assigned by Production Management.

What we expect of you?

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • At least one year in lead role in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
  • Knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and software integration for equipment, preferred.
  • Ability to learn computer systems program
  • Ability to use basic hand tools
  • Ability to communicate professionally and clearly.
  • Knowledge of arithmetic, and basic algebra
  • Professional approach and team oriented

EDUCATION OR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school Diploma or GED required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (AS APPLICABLE):

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand prolonged periods of time, 6 or more hours.
  • Ability to lift between 35-40 periodically, reasonable accommodation for lifting assistance can be made as needed
