Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our team and assume responsibility for a variety of communications initiatives within the organization. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in content creation, demand generation, social/digital media management, and internal communications. The Communications Specialist will be pivotal in delivering engaging content across multiple internal and external channels, supporting campaigns, and driving successful marketing initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Support External & Internal Communications




    • Create engaging, innovative, high-quality content, including blog posts, eBooks, emails, and other sales and marketing collateral, to generate interest in Capital Rx's mission and convert leads.



    • Work closely with team members to write, optimize, and test demand generation copy for multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns targeting primary end markets; develop compelling copy for website and landing pages to engage and convert prospective customers.



    • Perform audience research and track and report on campaign effectiveness.



    • Draft, edit, and distribute newsletters, memos, updates, and other internal communications to keep a rapidly growing national team informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.



    • Write copy for social media posts for Capital Rx's LinkedIn company page, manage the monthly social media calendar, and interact with graphic artists to complete the production of posts.



    • Ensure clarity, consistency, and messaging alignment across internal and external communication channels.



    • Manage projects within the marketing team's workflow management software (experience with Asana preferred, but not required), ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with the company's goals.



    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams regarding project intake to ensure seamless coordination of marketing campaigns and initiatives.





  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.




Required Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.





  • 3+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing with a focus on internal communications, digital media, and project management.





  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling content for a variety of audiences and platforms.





  • Proven expertise in social media management (audio and video editing experience a plus) and campaign management.





  • Experience in project management, including familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or similar.





  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.





  • Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and multimedia content creation.




Preferred Qualifications:




  • Previous experience with media relations, external communications, or managing public-facing content.





  • Familiarity with content analytics and tracking to measure the impact of communications efforts.

Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Visa Sponsorship: Capital Rx does not provide sponsorship to any candidates. This includes, but is not limited to those that require H1-B, TN, OPT, etc. Candidates must have authorization to work in the US at the time of application and throughout employment.
