"I can succeed as an Architect Lead at Capital Group." As an Architect Lead for the Cloud and Platform Architecture Team, you will serve as a Global Technology Strategy and Architecture (GTSA) leader focused on responsibilities that combine both Platform and Security Architecture. You will be responsible for defining and architecting systems that can scale, are secure, and are resilient. You will partner with IT leaders and peers to influence and define strategic technology direction, target state solutions, and develop technology roadmaps in partnership with GTSA and IT leadership. As a leader in this domain, you will also be responsible for defining cloud-based platforms and the integration of various applications, services, and third-party solutions within them. You will ensure that security is integrated into the architecture to ensure continuous monitoring and protection. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for."
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
