Brand: Orin Swift As a Consumer Experience Rep, you'll support the Orin Swift brand byprioritizing daily operations of the Estate Wine Club, providing reservation support for all consumerexperiences via phone, website, and CellarPass, and ensuring world-class customer service to ourcustomers. Engages in customer service activities to enhance the retention of DTC consumers and wineclub members while upholding the Orin Swift brand image. Works with cross-functional partners andagencies to identify unique customer opportunities to drive consumer acquisition, member conversion,and wine sales while providing a seamless member journey. Maintains current knowledge the Estate toincrease both customer satisfaction and business opportunity.
Customer Acquisition & Sales: Assist DTC Business Development and Hospitality teams to drive customer acquisitions, member conversions, E-commerce sales, and hospitality traffic. Exceptional Customer Service: Develop and maintain brand loyalty through exceptional customer service, including timely responses to inquiries via phone, SMS and email. Reservation Assistance: Help customers with experience reservation bookings via phone, website, or CellarPass, and respond to inquiries about events and experiences across all channels. Data & Communication: Provide timely and accurate reservation data to the Estate team and communicate experience and event details to customers professionally. Wine Club Representation: Represent the Wine Club in the tasting room to build relationships with members and assist with DTC order fulfillment and inventory management. Consumer Experience: Develop shipment collateral and packaging materials, recommend alternative experience options, and provide guest recommendations for local accommodations. Event & Inventory Management: Assist with consumer events to increase membership and review inventory status and forecasts to ensure sufficient inventory for daily and club fulfillment. Merchandising & Promotions: Manage product merchandising on the website, create and maintain promotions, and ensure accurate completion of membership incentive reporting.
What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of retail sales, hospitality,sales support, marketing support, administrative support, or customer service experiencereflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Associates Degree plus 2 year of retail sales,hospitality, sales support, marketing support, administrative support or customer serviceexperience; OR Bachelors Degree.
- Skilled in the use of MS Outlook at an intermediate level.
- Skilled in effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups ofmanagers, clients, customers and the general public.
- Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, shortcorrespondence and memos.
- Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
- Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
- Required to lift and move cases of product weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Required to be 21 years of age or older
- Required to travel to various winery sites within the region based on business need.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training,meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of thetime, with or without reasonable accommodation. What Will Set You Apart:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business plus 2 years of retail sales, hospitality, sales support,marketing support, administrative support or customer service experience.
- Wine sales or Wine club administration experience.
- Wine Industry knowledge.
- Experience with software programs such as Ship Compliant, Wine Club Manager, E-WinerySolutions Ellipsis or member databases/related systems.
Compensation:
- Hiring Hourly Range Posted: $28.51 / hr - $38.51 / hr

- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
