Job Summary

Responsible for assisting with quality improvement initiatives and processes within the Electro-Optic Infrared Sensors business areas. Responsible for supporting program or project quality system processes and supporting product quality improvements. Will assist in the analysis, design, development, documentation, and support of quality activities that drive continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collect data and reviews documentation for conformance, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Coordinate and support quality engineering activities for multiple programs under the supervision of engineers
  • Support incoming inspection of purchased materials
  • Gather and assemble data for engineers. Conduct data analysis to assist the Quality Engineering team
  • Perform and complete technical projects
  • Perform a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with the engineering staff, methods, programs and practices
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university, in either an undergrador Masters in a technical disciplinemaintaining a 3.0 GPA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tool suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well both as part of a team or as an individual
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products such as Work, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • U.S. Citizenship required

U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
