Compensation Grade: P18Compensation Details: Minimum: $63,887.00 - Maximum: $63,887.00 AnnuallyDepartment (OPH) CCH - Center for Community HealthJob Description: Responsibilities The Health Program Administrator (HPA) will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of various administrative functions within the Center for Community Health (CCH) Resource Management Unit (RMU) with a primary focus on contributing toward contract management activities; contributing toward budget development activities; processing travel packages; and providing technical assistance. Other duties include but are not limited to; voucher review; contributing to vendor responsibility determination for CCH contractors; procuring goods and services following applicable policies and procedures; reviewing, generating, and compiling fiscal reports; and other appropriate related duties. Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of experience in the administration of personnel, fiscal, or other related operational activity; OR an Associate's degree in a related field and four years of such experience; OR six years of such experience. A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one year of experience. Preferred Qualifications One year experience with each of the following: reviewing and managing budgets and expenditures; contracting processes and communicating with contractors; a grants management system and/or financial system; Excel; SharePoint. Conditions of Employment Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables, is required. Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Travel, up to 10% of the time, will be required. The selected candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the official work location specified in the job posting and must also be located in or willing to relocate to one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Vermont, or Massachusetts, prior to hire.
