Compensation: Position Description: The Development Coordinator provides essential support to the Individual Philanthropy team, ensuring timely and thoughtful stewardship of donors. This role is primarily responsible for acknowledging various monetary contributions, including annual and major gifts, memorial and honorary donations, monthly sustainer contributions, as well as stock and automobile transfers. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring accurate and consistent data entry to maintain donor records. Assisting in the identification of donor prospects by preparing reports on giving histories, team performance, and organizational trends as needed. Managing and responding to general inquiries directed to the Development Department via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional communication. This role plays a vital part in strengthening donor relationships and supporting the overall success of the Individual Philanthropy team. Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:30pm; Fridays off (Full-Time; 32 hours per week); Hybrid schedule will require 2-3 days in office. Required: Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of clerical, administration and data management, and customer service experience. Familiarity with CRM or donor databases. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds. Requires looking at a computer screen for several hours a day. May be required to sit for long periods.
