Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in AWS GCP or Azure Cloud and Xamarin along with domain expertise in mCommerce. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery ensuring all project objectives are met within scope time and budget.
• Oversee the planning execution and monitoring of projects ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team leveraging expertise in AWS GCP or Azure Cloud and Xamarin.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of mCommerce solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and status reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain project momentum.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to capture lessons learned and drive future success.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members fostering a culture of learning and development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations policies and procedures.
• Drive innovation and creativity within the project team to deliver cutting-edge mCommerce solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong technical background in AWS GCP or Azure Cloud and Xamarin.
• Demonstrate domain expertise in mCommerce with additional experience in Mobility being a plus.
• Exhibit excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Showcase strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak).
• Hold a relevant certification such as PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent.
• Have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Show proficiency in using project management tools and software.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exhibit a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
