Program Manager w/Salesforce

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CX-Project Management Planview PPM and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. Experience in Finance & Accounting or the Automotive Industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing overall engagement and oversee the Salesforce implementation (FSC experience is a plus)

Act as the gatekeeper and manage adherence to core project objectives and governance

Ensure staffing budget and planning management

Manage and coordinate projects from development to closure phase

Identify and assesses project risks and develop strategies to manage the risks.

Manage and coordinate project related third party relationships (e.g. third party providers Software vendors)

Ensure project goals are achieved on time in alignment with the senior stakeholders expectation.

Ensure projects are formally closed and effective handover to the relevant service teams.

Effectively follow change management procedure for any changes in scope and timeline

Proactively highlight issues and risks to senior stakeholders.
