Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development & Customization Omnistudio Health Quoting-Provider & Payers SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Payer and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of SFDC solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the customization and configuration of SFDC applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical expertise in Omnistudio to enhance the functionality of SFDC solutions.
• Implement Health Quoting solutions for Providers and Payers to streamline processes.
• Develop and maintain SFDC Lightning components to improve user experience.
• Integrate SFDC with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Configure SFDC settings to align with business needs and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SFDC projects.
• Ensure the scalability and security of SFDC solutions to support business growth.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFDC applications.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of SFDC solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SFDC features and best practices to continuously improve solutions.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering innovative SFDC solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in SFDC Development & Customization.
• Must have expertise in Omnistudio and Health Quoting for Providers and Payers.
• Must have strong skills in SFDC Lightning Integration and Configuration.
• Must have domain experience in Payer.
• Should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Should be proactive in staying updated with the latest SFDC technologies.
• Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality SFDC solutions.
• Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Should have experience in providing training and support to end-users.
• Should be committed to ensuring the security and scalability of SFDC solutions.
• Should be passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 05/03/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 and $185,000, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
