How you'll make an impact: The Specialist, Revenue Partnerships Enablement will help support the pre-sale team with ideation of integrated podcast sales opportunities, and go-to-market packaging strategy representing some of our most popular podcast content creators. Success in this role will rely heavily on the ability to support and contribute creatively to brand RFPs/ RFI's, while becoming an indispensable resource to our internal and external partner teams. This is a highly cross-functional role and offers the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our rapidly growing podcast business. As a Revenue Partnerships Enablement Specialist, you are a critical part of the pre-sale team, who possesses the ability to make a difference and help ensure successful campaign execution to highly tailored custom multi-platform campaigns. You must be exceptional at communication, collaboration, prioritizing, and possess exceptional project management skills while being incredibly solutions driven. You thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy building relationships. As a master of triage you are a problem solver with strong communication skills who can articulate highly detailed and nuanced information in a clear, effective and positive manner. What you'll do: Partner with internal partners and content creators to develop creative custom podcast solutions that drive advertising revenue on behalf of SiriusXM Media. * Support the pre-packaged sponsorship strategy, influence buy-in from multiple stakeholders, and seamlessly handoff sold pre-sale campaigns to post-sale teams for execution. * Assist with design and development of go-to-market materials that bring to life concepts for sales teams and advertisers. * Collect and distill marketplace feedback while serving as the voice of brand advertisers when communicating with tier 1 podcast partners, while also providing insights, challenges and solutions on an on-going basis. * Attend podcast partner calls to provide recaps + takeaways while holding podcast partners and cross-functional teams accountable. * Track actions and next steps after meetings to ensure on-time delivery of agreed upon tasks in a fast pace environment. * Build trust and credibility by demonstrating superior communications skills and capabilities to turn challenges into creative solutions. * Assist and support SXM podcast partners in conjunction with Revenue Partnerships while providing creative and strategic solutions to deliver upon their goals and needs. * Assist with pre-sale ideation, post-sale campaign maintenance, meaningful reporting both internally and externally, and memorializing comms for Brand approvals. * Support Revenue Partnerships Enablement in structuring projects with podcast partners, defining project goals, identifying benefits and risks to execution, gathering and defining comprehensive partner/campaign requirements. * Work closely with Revenue Partnership Leads to monitor and surface communications such vetting business opportunities, creative deliverables and campaign strategies from internal teams and podcast partners. * Participate in Revenue Partnerships On-Boarding for new talent partners to memo inputs and outputs for partners and internal teams. * Work with Sales Dev and Brand Partnerships on comms for sponsorship packages, custom and general talent needs. * Ensure Sales Dev and Brand Partnerships are aware of new launches, sponsorship packages and have a clear understanding of offerings within our vast portfolio. * Develop a deep understanding of the inner workings of each priority partner, deal terms, their ability to deliver on what we sell and their total monetizable assets. * Manage a highly skilled and concise vetting process. What you'll need: * 3+ years of relevant experience in a digital, and/or audio first organization. Agency, Brand, and/or Publisher experience preferred. * Experienced in integrated marketing, project management and/or sales marketing. * Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit, driven to excel in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. * A dynamic presenter and storyteller who can influence high-level decision makers and possesses the ability to predict, prepare and synthesize real-time objections. * A marketer who is able to apply both critical and strategic thinking to projects. * A problem solver with highly developed conflict resolution skills. * An articulate professional with excellent oral & written communication skills. * Collaborative with the ability to build strong relationships with external and internal partners. * Organized & detail-oriented with ability to thrive in nuances/ambiguity. * Able to work well under pressure and adapt in the face of ever-changing projects. * Passionate about the podcast space and the evolution of creative brand integrations that delight creators and listeners alike. * Experience in MS-Office, Google Suite, Monday.com, and JIRA. * Must have legal right to work in the U.S. At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $63,000 to $80,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
