General Summary
Reporting to the Cookie and Cracker Product Managers, this position will play a key role in the updating and development of standard work for the Richmond Operations department. Will also be responsible for some data entry and reporting in Mini Mint that is crucial for the plant's financial reporting requirements.

Principal Accountabilities (list in order of importance and indicate percentage of time spent on each)
1. 40% - Works closely with Production Supervisors to ensure all training material is up to date and accurate. Assist in the development of operator training and actively participates in the training process for new operators and cuppers including Variety Pack and specialty pallet builds.
2. 10% - Operating supply ordering and inventory management.
3. 10% - Maintains the plants Extra work list.
4. 30% - Responsible for development & documentation of TPM tools: Principle of Operations, lubrication standards, inspection standards, by working closely with Maintenance and Operators and participating in TPM teams.
5. 10% - Works closely with the training coordinator to ensure all training plans are followed and executed per policy.
6. Will be actively engaged in 5s projects, execution and sustainability.
7. Maintain positive employee relations through interactive training regimen.
8. Will need to gain extensive knowledge in the Cracker and Cookie operation and processes on each of the production lines.
9. Majority of time will be spent on the floor. Will be responsible for efficiency improvements across multiple areas in production, assisting with projects and participating on focused improvement teams.
10. Maintain excellent attendance record.
11. The above reflects the typical duties of the job. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Mini Mint, SAP software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint processing software.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages.

Reasoning Ability
* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

B.A./B.S. in Business Administration, Business Management, Food Science or related field preferred.

Working Conditions
Physical Demands
The working environment includes both office and plant floor settings. Exposure to industrial noise, forklift traffic, moving mechanical parts, and temperature extremes occurs in operating areas of the plant.

o Physically must be able to perform full range of motion for following activities:
* Sitting 3 hrs.
* Standing 2 hr.

Hours 7AM- 3 PM M-F

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $19.75.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
