JOB TYPE Classification:Exempt Supervises Positions:No JOB SUMMARY The Student and Clinical Program Manager is responsible for the comprehensive coordination and administration of student and clinical educational experiences, including observations, non-clinical internships, and clinical rotations. This role requires effective management of contract agreements, onboarding processes, and precise record-keeping to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be a creative and detail-oriented professional with experience in organizing diverse learning experiences and providing support resources for students and clinical personnel. This position demands an individual capable of balancing multiple responsibilities and contributing to the continued growth and success of the Student and Clinical Services at UVA Community Health. This position plays a crucial role in shaping and advancing the student and clinical experience at UVA Community Health. The incumbent may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Education:Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Experience:Three years preferred. Program coordination or management experience, variety of learning and development activities in the academic setting.Refer to the Life Support Training Policy for additional details.
