Inside Sales Representative - K12 Education End-User Join a world leader in technology products and a team of hybrid inside sales professionals. You will be responsible for managing and relationship building in defined account base of <5k enrollment K12 education accounts. Responsibilities include relationship building within existing accounts, for portfolio expansion while utilizing outbound efforts to develop pipeline within new accounts. - Ability to cold call within assigned account base to drive Epson brand messaging, maintaining daily minimum outbound goals
- Establish a strong Epson presence within account base among various technology decision makers
- Interacts with appropriate internal team members and partners to ensure successful product installation
- Identifies and understands the customer's needs and provides solutions using Epson products, programs, and services
- Keeps abreast of product lines and industry trends to inform Epson management on developments and trends that may impact customers' purchases
- Identifies product training needs of the accounts; prepares and delivers training as needed
- Resolves customer issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriate
- Develops a firm grasp of projector and printer product offerings, benefits and positioning
- Meets / exceeds sales and product objectives in territory by effectively utilizing available resources
- Provide Sales Manager with weekly activity reports and monthly 90-day sales forecasts
- Adheres to all administrative policies and procedures, utilizing and logging activities into SF.com as appropriate
- Operates within budgetary constraints
- Submits weekly activity/call reports, maintains customer database
- Travel to tradeshows as needed within region
Requirements:
- 2-5 years' experience as an Inside Sales Representative or account manager, familiarity selling technology products a plus
- Account management experience
- Ability to collaborate internally with channel teams and externally with channel partners
- Salesforce and Bid Desk Best Practices adherence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and within a team environment to accomplish sales goals
- Ability to develop, maintain and adjust business plan as needed to achieve business goals
- Flexibility of traveling to tradeshows as needed
- Completion of an undergraduate program (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $55,723 and $69,680. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
