Position Title: Compounder/Blender
Wage: $23/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 4pm-11pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Compounder/Blender for a company in Somers, WI. This is an associate to hire role. Compounder/Blender Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Blend batches of liquids and powders following batch picking sheets - Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met - Use a scale and weigh and measure accurately - Work safely with chemicals with varying hazardous ratings - Pull and organize materials necessary to produce finished batches - Perform inventory transactions in the Urnex MRP system to ensure chemicals are allocated properly and inventory is accurate - Safely operate a forklift to get materials necessary to perform duties Compounder/Blender Requirements: - High school diploma a plus - 0-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting a plus - Good listening and interpersonal communications skills - Bilingual English/Spanish a plus - Must be able to safely operate a forklift - Extended periods of standing - Frequently lifts and moves items weighing up to 60 pounds QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
